Stop guessing and start mastering. Whether you're brand new to QuickBooks or trying to untangle a setup that's never felt right, our hands-on training is customized to your version, your industry, and your pace — not a generic course.

What's Included
Generic QuickBooks tutorials teach you buttons. We teach you your books — using your actual chart of accounts, your real transactions, and the workflows specific to your industry.
Sessions are one-on-one or small group, in person or remote, and scheduled around your business hours, not ours. We meet you wherever you are — brand new to QuickBooks, migrating from another system, or a longtime user who's never quite trusted what the software is telling them.
By the end of training, you're not just clicking through screens. You understand what each report is telling you, how to keep your books clean between sessions, and when to call us if something looks off.
How It Works
A training path designed to build real independence with your books.
We talk through your current comfort level with QuickBooks, what's confusing or frustrating, and what you actually need to be able to do on your own — invoicing, reconciling, running reports, or all of it.
We build a training plan around your real file and your real workflows, not a generic curriculum — whether that's one focused session or an ongoing series.
Sessions are practical and hands-on. You work directly in your own QuickBooks file with us guiding you, so what you learn sticks; because it's tied to numbers you recognize.
Between sessions, you apply what you've learned. You'll apply the skills you've learned to real bookkeeping tasks, building confidence through repetition. If questions come up, you can send them ahead of your next session so we can address the issue.
Training ends when you're confident, not on a fixed schedule. And if you'd rather hand bookkeeping off entirely down the line, we're right here for that too.
Common Questions
Yes. We regularly work with business owners starting from zero. Sessions are paced to your starting point, not a one-size-fits-all curriculum.
Both. We'll work in whichever version your business runs, and can advise on which makes more sense if you're deciding between them.
Yes — small group sessions are available for staff who need shared access to the same file, such as office managers, bookkeepers, or other admin staff.
We offer ongoing Q&A support subscriptions, and if you decide you'd rather have us manage your books going forward instead of doing it yourself, that's a simple transition.
Tell us your QuickBooks experience level and what you're trying to accomplish — we'll build a session plan around it.
